How we handle your project information

Last updated October 10, 2026

Bluebeam Dashboard (bluebeamdashboard.com) is a service of HardToFindCode, operated by Kristofer Youngstrom Company, PO Box 1547, South Pasadena, CA 91031. This notice explains what we collect when you request, track and close out a dashboard project.

What we collect

  • Request details: company, contact name, email, phone, project name and address, trades, sheet count, deadline and scope notes.
  • Your dashboard choices: logo file and the four colors you pick in the editor.
  • Files you upload in the client portal, with their names, sizes and upload times.
  • Invoice status (amount, provider and whether it is paid). Payments are made on Square or PayPal; we never see or store card or bank details.
  • Your review, if you choose to leave one, and whether you allow us to publish it.

How we use it

Only to build and deliver your dashboard, keep you updated on its status, bill for the work, and, if you agree, show your review on hardtofindcode.com. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Project records are kept in a private Google Sheet and your files in a private Google Drive folder owned by HardToFindCode. Each project has its own folder. Your access code is stored only as a salted hash, so we cannot read it back; if you lose it, we issue a new one.

How long we keep it

Active project files are kept until close-out. After close-out the folder is archived and kept for up to three years in case you need revisions or as-built support, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw permission to publish your review, at any time. Email resources@hardtofindcode.com or call 213 557-4036. California residents have rights under the CCPA, and we will honor those requests.

Cookies and storage

This site does not use tracking cookies. Your browser's session storage keeps you signed in to the portal until you close the tab, and local storage remembers your light or dark theme choice.
